My London Years: Advertising and Media Experience

I lived in London for 12 years, where I studied and worked in advertising and media. Over time, I developed a strong skill set in art direction and media planning—basically figuring out what something should look like and where it should be placed. These skills have always flowed naturally into my love for decorating spaces.

From Art Direction to Interior Decorating

I’ve had the chance to work in various art departments on films and photoshoots, which has only deepened my creative eye. I was also selected as one of three designers to participate in the Kichechef campaign, where the audience could engage in a game to win a makeover of a room of their choice by an interior designer. For this, I created a decor using pieces available at Kichechef, which was photographed and featured in an outdoor poster campaign (OOH), showcasing my favourite picks

Guiding Clients on Their Interior Design Journey

I have decorated numerous apartments for the rental industry and guided clients through their interior design journeys at home—combining my professional expertise with a genuine passion for creating beautiful, welcoming spaces. Decorating runs in my family—my mother was a decorator, so I guess it’s in my blood.

Creating Unique and Inspiring Spaces

Creating unique spaces has always been a true passion of mine. One of my dreams was to own a tipi (or teepee), which I finally made happen in 2014. At the same time, I added a gypsy caravan to my collection—both of which reflect my love for quirky, inspiring environments.

My Love for Photography and Architecture

Photography is another love of mine. I first picked up my dad’s SLR camera when I was 15, long before digital cameras came along. Nowadays, I mostly shoot with my iPhone, focusing on architecture and interior design, and sharing my work on Instagram.
